(Stuart, FL- February 20, 2017)– The nonprofit, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Palm Beach and Martin Counties has been putting on the popular fundraiser, the Taste of Martin County for 20 years. The event will take place on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 instead of March 28, 2017 as it has been previously announced.
The date change will result in a larger event that will continue to attract local and seasonal residents from Palm Beach County and throughout the Treasure Coast. The event will be held at The Stuart Jet Center located at 2501 SE Aviation Way in Stuart. Surrounded with the ambiance of all the private jets, the Taste of Martin County will soar to new heights at the new location improving upon the culinary experience everyone has come to know and love.
Big Brothers Big Sisters will celebrate their 31st Anniversary this year, while continuing their mission to provide children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported one-to-one relationships that change their lives for the better, forever.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Palm Beach and Martin Counties CEO and President, Bill Bee says “The expression goes; you can’t change a leopard’s spots, but that is what we will create with the new Taste –wait and see!”.
The Taste of Martin County will continue to feature over 30 local chefs offering a variety of cuisines from local restaurants serving up their signature dishes. This year will feature new additions that will make it bigger and better.
